Booking & Cancellation Policy

All lessons are pre booked to ensure coach and horse availability. We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel and 4 hours for sickness/bad weather cancellation. If this is not provided you will be billed for that lesson.

Make up lessons are available but must be made up within the calendar month, if you cannot attend any of the make up lesson options the lesson is forfeited.

We build our groups with riders of a similar levels and ages, we do our best to work with everyones schedules but cannot always guarantee a requested day, time or horse.

Once your lesson slot has been booked it will remain the same weekly. If you wish to be removed from the lesson program please give us a months notice. 

Weather cancellations:

To keep our horses comfortable - when the temperatures are above 30º c or below -15º c, we will be teaching stable management, healthcare,  and other “un-mounted” lessons to our students.
